By downloading the app, creating an account, or using this website, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Ultranotes.

You must be at least 13 years old. Keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access to it.

What you write is yours. We claim no ownership over your notes, files, or exports. Export them whenever you want, as a PDF, a Word file, a spreadsheet, Markdown, or a picture.

Free, Start, Pro, and Max are listed on the pricing page. Paid plans renew each month or year until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

The assistant is for your notes and your questions. Don’t use Ultranotes to:

• harm, harass, or deceive people;
• break into accounts, systems, or networks;
• create or share illegal content;
• resell, scrape, or overload the service.

We may limit or close accounts that do.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on your own devices. Please don’t copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute it except where the law allows.

Ultranotes is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we cannot promise it will be free of bugs or available at every moment. Keep backups of work that matters.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
